The Canyon ride is one of our favorite local rides. It includes three canyons (Santiago, Trabuco, and Ortega) that all have great curves and few stops. The scenery is beautiful! This is a must for Orange County riders.

Along the way are several excellent “biker friendly” restaurants. These include Cook’s Corner and Hell’s Kitchen. On the weekends you will always find tons of interesting bikes and bikers at Cook’s Corner. You can spend the whole day just eating drinking and people watching.

Hell’s Kitchen has excellent food and a very unique condiment bar. It is a refridgerated coffin that slowly opens when you pull on the skull on the side of the coffin.

The Canyon ride ends up in Lake Elsinore. You can continue on additional rides to Julian or Palm Springs or take time to enjoy the lake.
